Amazon best selling authors Glenn Elliott and Debra Corey wanted the cover design to illustrate the concept of ‘child like’ building blocks to show readers how they can take practical steps to build a highly engaged company culture. I experimented with different types of iconography around this, but in the end it was this simple brush stroke design concept that was unanimously favoured by all.

Beyond the cover, I illustrated playful, sketch-like imagery throughout the book to bring key concepts to life. After its success as an Amazon #1 best seller in Human Resources, we expanded the brand with products for HR rebels, strengthening its community and further promoting the bo.
